Terms and Conditions of Users on SendMyLink.com Web Site.

As a User ("USER") of SendMyLink.com, I hereby agree to the following terms and conditions of sending e-mails; viewing files; or sending, e-mailing or placing information on the SendMyLink.com Web site (the "WEB SITE"):

1. Whereas the USER has completed the e-mail form of the WEB SITE and is responsible for the content, attachments and the representations sent by said e-mails or placed on the WEB SITE forms, the USER and the Employers of the USER hereby release, hold harmless, and indemnify WEB SITE and REMC, Inc., their owners, investors, affiliated organizations or companies, executives, or subsidiaries (together as the "WEB SITE Company") from any and all liability or losses (material or non-material) resulting from submitting e-mails or placing information on the WEB SITE, its links, or printed forms. Furthermore, the WEB SITE Company makes no representations as to the accuracy or completeness of the WEB SITE or guaranty its functionality, and the USER releases the WEB SITE Company from any and all liability or losses (material or non-material) resulting from completing and/or submitting such e-mails as well as for the electronic or software failures of the WEB SITE.

2. By submitting e-mails or placing information on the WEB SITE, the USER understands that the USER is disclosing certain confidential and proprietary information relating to the USER, Recipients, marketing strategy, processes, employees, customers, know-how and other matters relating thereto (together the "Confidential Material"). Additionally, the USER hereby releases the WEB SITE Company from any and all liability or losses (material or non-material) resulting from placing this Confidential Material on the WEB SITE in the form of an e-mail, e-mail Form or other entry method.

3. The USER agrees to make every effort not to misrepresent itself to Recipients of e-mails from USER and will not knowingly do so. Furthermore, USER understands and agrees that the WEB SITE Company will not be responsible or liable for representations made to Recipients by the USER or information provided by USER which may be inaccurate, fraudulent or in error.

4. The WEB SITE is merely a vehicle for viewing Video Tours and sending (via e-mail) e-brochures, Internet Links and other sales or leasing information to Recipients. There are no guarantees, promises, or representations made from WEB SITE or WEB SITE Company that would suggest success in such purposes or desired responses from Recipients. It is the responsibility of the USER, and not the WEB SITE, to follow-up with the e-mail Recipients to inquire as to the success or receiving of such e-mails from USER through the WEB SITE.

5. The USER further understands and agrees that the Information and materials within the WEB SITE as well as the Video Tours produced by WEB SITE company are protected by Copyright ©2007 REMC, Inc., and that the WEB SITE, Video Tours or parts thereof must not be reproduced in any form without the written consent of REMC, Inc.
